Feature Articles/Presentations (including text and pictures, and print/web pdf versions if requested, and sub-editing translations of original non-English language work):
Ad Hoc work: £200.00 per 1000 words written
Contract work: £175.00 per 1000 words written

Company Profiles, Press Releases and PR*:
     Ad Hoc work:             £200.00 per 1000 words written
     Contract work:            £175.00 per 1000 words written
     (subject to a 1000 word minimum fee)
* Unless edited from an agreed NMS prepared feature article when the rate would be: £80 per press Release or PR item.

Brochures/Flyers:
Ad Hoc work: £200.00 per 1000 words written
Contract work: £175.00 per 1000 words written

Brochures/Flyers may be subject to a supplementary design fee dependent on size, number of pages, the amount of design work and client modifications invloved to completion of the product to the point of printing or final pdf - amounts to be agreed against each order prior to proceeding with work. Printing of brochures/flyers world be subject to a separate pricing agreement prior to commencement of printing. Delivery costs subject to separate agreed postage and delivery route.

Other work:
Sub Editing of previously written English language works (including for example internal company sourced articles, conference papers, presentations etc):
Ad Hoc work: £80.00 per 1000 words edited
Contract work: £60.00 per 1000 words edited

Should any of the above require a Site/Client visit this will be charged pro-rata of time spent at site/client at a day rate of:
     International:           £250.00 per day (to include travel days)
     (non-Uk & Ireland)
     UK & Ireland:          £100.00 per day (to include travel days)

Work time not related directly to a written/printed product will also carry a 'Day Rate' charge, when client visits/work will normally be charged at the 'International Site Visit' day rate shown above, unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
